Pasco was a member of Queen's Ravens and a twin-brother of Rozenwyn, a member of King's Cranes.

Pasco is chosen by Queen Andais to replace Griffin as her spy in Meredith's harem. He is surprised when Meredith agrees to take him.
When Prince Cel is being prepared for his punishment for giving Branwyn's Tears to a mortal, Pasco, along with Rhys and Kitto are serving as body guards for Meredith. Pasco, however, with help of Rozenwyn and Siobhan, stabs Rhys in the back and ambushes Meredith in room which contains the Abyss of Despair. Meredith uses her Hand of Flesh on Rozenwyn. As Pasco charges her with a sword in hand, Meredith stabs him with Rozenwyn's sword and makes him lose balance and fall on Rozenwyn's inverted flesh. The contact causes Pasco invert as well. When they turn completely, Meredith tells Rhys to kill what they have become. Even Siobhan was horrified by the fate of her allies.
