Frost is a major recurring sidhe character in the Merry Gentry series. He is a member of the Queen's Ravens and becomes one of Meredith's consorts.
Appearance[]
He has metallic silver hair to his ankles, white skin,
Has grey eyes, like the color of clouds on a rainy day and like the clouds the colors changed and swirled with frost's mood.
Is stunningly arrogant and extraordinarily handsome.
History[]
Frost was never born, but he was made from hoarfrost by the love of the human girl, Rose. He was the original Jack Frost. "Because it was her love that made me real....Not faerie, not wild magic, but the magic of love. I thought I was giving up what life I had to save Rose, but the consort had asked if I would give up everything I was, and I did. I became what she needed me to be. When I realized that I would not age with her I wept, because I could not imagine being without her."
Frost was once part of the Seelie Court, but having been created and not born sidhe, he was never sidhe enough for the glittering throng. While the Seelie Court's powers waned, his continued to grow as humans continued to remember and believe in Jack Frost.
When a human serving girl spilled hot soup on the king's hand, he hit her. When she refused to cower before him, he began to beat her. Frost, unwilling to see her killed, stepped between Taranis and his victim. It was for this he was banished from the Seelie court.
After he was cast out, he joined the Unseelie Court and has been Doyle's second-in-command among the Queen's Ravens for centuries. Frost was Andais's chosen consort over 800 years ago.
Frost has retained his position in Merry's guard. He was the first of her guards that Meredith found herself falling in love with.
He is one of the fathers of Meredith's children.

Was brought into a Godhead by Meredith in Seduced by Moonlight
He could cause frost to form on surfaces that he touched. This power has grown so that he could now cover a room in a layer of ice.
Can fill people with a freezing cold.
